I'm Amie Leonard, a seasoned Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) with a passion for promoting holistic well-being through personalized care and innovative approaches to health. Having graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage in 2009, I embarked on a journey that seamlessly blends my expertise in massage therapy with a deep understanding of Clinical Pilates. This unique combination allows me to offer a comprehensive approach to wellness, emphasizing core strength and rehabilitation as powerful tools for lasting care.
In 2021, I proudly launched Allegra Collective, a wellness haven dedicated to providing an array of services aimed at caring for and revitalizing mind, body, and spirit. As the owner-operator, my mission is to create a space where individuals can embark on a transformative journey towards optimal health.
My work extends beyond alleviating physical discomfort; it's about empowering individuals to take an active role in their health journey. I believe in the transformative power of combining traditional massage therapy with innovative techniques, creating a holistic approach to wellness.

Her knowledge, passion, curiosity and love of movement has sparked creativity and joy in every class she teaches. Misty believes in an intuitive approach to teaching and focuses on body awareness, inclusivity, body positivity and building a heartfelt connection to her students to foster community. Every class is a delicious blend of rhythm, fuilidity and fire that will help liberate and empower your mind, body and soul.

Jasmine is passionate about teaching pole fitness to people of all shapes, sizes and backgrounds.Her focus is on creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where everyone can explore their strength and creativity through movement.
With years of experience teaching beginner and intermediate pole classes, she understands that each person’s journey is unique. Her goal isn’t to help you achieve a specific body type, but to encourage you to embrace your body as it is, recognize the power you already have and enjoy every moment of movement. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, Pole fitness classes are designed to help you feel confident, supported, and energized.
Jasmine believes that pole fitness is for everyone, regardless of age, size, or ability. Together, you’ll focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, while prioritizing safety and creating a space where you can truly be yourself.
