Hi! I’m Jas, and I’m passionate about teaching pole fitness to people of all shapes, sizes, and backgrounds. My focus is on creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where everyone can explore their strength and creativity through movement.
With years of experience teaching beginner and intermediate pole classes, I understand that each person’s journey is unique. My goal isn’t to help you achieve a specific body type, but to encourage you to embrace your body as it is, recognize the power you already have and enjoy every moment of movement. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, my classes are designed to help you feel confident, supported, and energized.
I believe that pole fitness is for everyone, regardless of age, size, or ability. Together, we’ll focus on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, while prioritizing safety and creating a space where you can truly be yourself.
